Kuroda's new album "VANILLA SKY" will be in stores. You can see the jacket for the album and listen to a part of the tunes at "YouTube". His concert tour and other events are coming up!

Kuroda's new album will be in stores on October 15. He also planning to hold live concert tour.

STAND UP Japan
Kuroda took part of the project "STAND UP Japan", a charity project to support people who suffered the disaster on March 11.
He appeared on the Internet TV program "STAND UP Japan", and sang "My song for you".
Kuroda's label "Leap Rec." continues to support the project by donating 1% of their concert ticket revenue and so on.
About "East Japan" disaster
On March 11, 2:46PM, a big earthquake hit Tohoku area and Kanto area. Tsunamis swallowed a lot of people, and it is estimated that more than 20000people are dead because of the disaster.
People in Japan doing their best to get back to normal lives, but there are so much objections and fears about the future. The tourists from foreign countries avoids to visit Japan, even in Kansai area, and athletes from abroad go back to their home. Even ships from abroad averts to stop ports in Tokyo bay area.
Also, there are problems about the safety of vegetables and dairy foods because of the explosion of atomic plant in Fukushima prefecture. Even industrial materials are considered harmful, foreign companies demands the certification to make sure that the material is not radioactively contaminated.
As for Kuroda, he is safe. He experienced the earthquake while he was recording for his new album at the recording studio. And now, he keeps recording and composing songs. Kuroda is determined keep going with his work is his mission so far, and he hopes that his songs and new album will encourage and soothe people. He started to tweet almost every day on Twitter, and there are some responses that his daily tweets are encouraging.
Finally, TV news and newspapers are reporting that people all over the world are very supportive for Japan, There are people from other countries to rescue people, and a huge amount of money is donated for Japan. I'd like to thank people who supports Japan, and I'm sure we can overcome this devastating situation and reborn.
